How long will my order take?
All orders usually get shipped within 3-5 working days. So, you can expect a delivery between 5-10 days. Remote locations might take longer.
You will get a tracking link in your inbox as soon as your order is shipped.

I'm not sure if my order was confirmed?
As soon as your order is accepted, a confirmation mail is sent to your inbox. It might sometimes get sent to the spam folder. That is to verify that your order is confirmed. If you do not receive it within an hour of placing your order. Kindly reach out to us and help us resolve it for you. 

I have received a damaged product, what should I do?
Oh snap! We are so sorry to hear this. Please write to us at unoriginalthoughtsstore@gmail.com along with high-resolution photos of the damaged product within 7 days of receiving the product and we will refund/replace the order as per your preference. 

I’m not really happy with my product, what should I do?
We are so sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, we only offer returns/exchanges if the product is damaged. If you are unhappy with the quality of the product, please write to us and help us serve you better next time.

I want to place a bulk order. Can I get a discount?
We love shipping big! Write to us at unoriginalthoughtsstore@gmail.com and help us with the details.
We can take it from there!

I want a customised product, can you do that?
Yes, we try to accommodate customisation! Feel free to write to us unoriginalthoughtsstore@gmail.com for customised products and
hamsa24496@gmail.com for commissioned illustration projects. 

I placed an order but now I wish to cancel it, what can I do?
We are so sorry to hear that. We do accept cancellations if the product hasn't been shipped yet.

Do you have discounts/ sales?
Yes we do. Subscribe to our newsletter for all the perks!

What should I do if I have received only a part of my order ?
We make sure that all the products are sent to you in one package. Please mail us at unoriginalthoughtsstore@gmail.com with the details of the missing product but within 10 days of receiving your order. We shall check and get it sorted asap.

When do I get my refund for the cancelled order ?
If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed within 7- 10 working days.

Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.

What happens if I am not available to receive my parcel ?
Our courier partner will make an attempt to reach you via a phone call or SMS when delivering the order. Please ensure that you take calls from our courier partner to facilitate delivery of your package.

The courier partner will make a total of three attempts to deliver your order. After the third attempt, the parcel will be returned to us. 

Once the parcel has been shipped back to us, our team will reach out to you regarding further action to be taken.

 My tracking link shows 'delivered' but I have not received the package. What do I do ?
If you live in a gated community / apartment complex, please check at your gate or with your security as due to restrictions, the courier partners often leave the parcels there. 

In case you haven’t received your order, Please drop us a mail at unoriginalthoughtsstore@gmail.com within 24 hrs of the delivery mentioned in the tracking link. We shall check with the courier service. 

Please note : We would not be able to investigate with the courier service if it is informed to us after 24 hrs.
